Contest Rules & Restrictions

1. Eligibility: The SPAR Boxing Giveaway ("the Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SPAR Boxing, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on April 21, 2023, at 12:00 PM EST and ends on May 5, 2023, at 5:59 PM EST ("Contest Period"). Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter: To participate in the Contest, follow these steps during the Contest Period: a. Follow the official SPAR Boxing Instagram page (@sparboxing). b. Tag three friends in the comments section of the designated Contest post. c. Click the link in the bio and complete the entry form on the SPAR Boxing website.

4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selection will be conducted on May 5, 2023, at 6:00 PM EST. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the selection.

5. Prize: The winner will receive a SPAR Boxing prize pack with an approximate retail value of $250 USD. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. The prize will be shipped to the winner's address within 4-6 weeks of the winner's confirmation.

6. General Conditions: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SPAR Boxing, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising from or relating to participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

7. Personal Information: All personal information collected for the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be used for any other purpose without the entrant's consent. By providing this information, entrants consent to its use for the stated purposes.
