SPAR Boxing Return Policy

At SPAR Boxing, we value the satisfaction of our customers and strive to ensure a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, returns and exchanges may be necessary. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures to facilitate smooth returns and resolve any issues promptly. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items purchased directly from SPAR Boxing's website or authorized retail partners are eligible for returns.

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

 

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support: Customers must contact our Customer Support team via email at contact@sparapparel.ca or by calling our dedicated helpline. Provide the order number and details of the item to be returned.

b. Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will review the request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is eligible. The RA number must be clearly marked on the return package.

​

c. Packaging and Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

3. Refund and Exchange:

​

a. Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

b. Exchange: Customers can opt for an exchange of the returned item(s) for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is of higher value, the customer may need to pay the price difference. If the item is of lower value, a partial refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:

​

  • Used or damaged items.

  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.

  • Personalized or custom-made items, unless they have manufacturing defects.

  • Items not purchased directly from SPAR Boxing or authorized retail partners.

5. Defective or Damaged Items:

​

If the received item is defective or damaged during transit, customers must notify our Customer Support team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return shipping and provide a replacement or issue a full refund, based on the customer's preference.
